Welcome to Risør Bluegrass Festival – the main bluegrass event in Norway. The festival moved in 2012 to a new location in Gjerstad, to the Prestfoss Mill, which is still in the Risor area, but in the neighbouring community. The new festival site is conveniently close to the Gjerstad railway station on the Oslo-Stavanger line and the E18 main road on the southern coast of Norway.
